Over time, the softer detail settled and simplified, but the main lion silhouettes and mirrored composition remained easy to read. This case shows how small-scale tattoos rely heavily on clear shape and placement.
The client shared that he liked how softly the tattoos healed after one year. I offered to add more contrast if needed, but he preferred to keep them as they were.
Designed as a mirrored pair to sit along the shoulder line with a balanced, symmetrical feel. The goal was to keep both lions light, readable, and visually clean at a small scale.
